This is it.
Matthew and I are sitting in the Greenville Airport about to start our adventure. I have to think of this move as an adventure, because the word adventure makes me excited, not terrified- which is my first reaction when I think about what we are about to do!
Last night we said goodbye to our family. There were a lot of laughs and a lot of tears. Matthew and I walked into the restaurant to see all of our family wearing brightly colored berets! Amy had borrowed about 15 berets from the french teacher at Airport High School in Columbia. As soon as I get pictures from the various cameras, I will post them here.
Matthew has also started a blog (http://www.matthewcabe.blogspot.com/). We will do our best to keep these blogs updated so friends and family can check in and see what the Cabes have been up to.
We want you all to know that we feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family and such amazing people in our lives that we call friends. You are all very important to us and we hope to see you en France!
Nous vous aimons!!!!
